Tai Chi - with Erica davey

  • Two classes (am & pm) of ten people (minimum)
  • One hour duration
  • Chi Kung is a series of 18 movements which are very simple and easy to follow. The movements are designed to improve deep breathing, flexibility, balance and an overall sense of wellbeing. Chi Kung is known as moving meditation.
