In order to participate in a basic introduction into bread making at a beginner's
level. Discover in 10 steps how to make bread with 4 simple ingredients: flour, water, yeast & salt. Required pre-requisite:
"enthusiasm". Tia will share how with your own hands, and no fancy equipment you can make & bake bread with hardly
any kneading, with tips and tricks in the baking process. Tia will also explain how the Bakers' Percentage works, (nothing
that cannot be worked out with a calculator - even that isn't required because Tia will supply a cheat sheet for this)
through which you can devise & scale any basic bread. This is a one off session that could be developed into further

Next course starts: May (Tia will collate a date suitable for the most number of participants).
$20 includes all ingredients, laminated bakers percentage cheat sheet, printed instructions & hand outs, plus, the bread you will make to take
home (payable to Tia on the day of the activity).
